I. Introduction
This document constitutes the Privacy Policy of Simplelogic Sp. z o.o., with its registered office in Warsaw (00-807), Aleje Jerozolimskie 96 (hereinafter: Simplelogic). The Privacy Policy of Simplelogic (hereinafter: the Policy) sets out the rules, methods of processing, and use of data and information provided by Users of all Services.
Please read the Policy carefully. By accessing or using a website belonging to Simplelogic and submitting any Personal Data to us in connection with training applications, recruitment, requests for quotations, etc., and by reviewing the content of this Policy, the User accepts its terms and confirms that they have read its content.
II. Definitions
Personal Data Controller (Controller) – means Simplelogic Sp. z o.o., with its registered office in Warsaw (00-807), Aleje Jerozolimskie 96, entered in the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register maintained by the District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw, 8th Commercial Division, under KRS number 0000848170, NIP: 5252827374, REGON: 386414403, which provides electronic services and stores and accesses information on the User’s device.
Personal Data – all information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person by reference to one or more specific factors determining their physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural, or social identity, including IP address, location data, online identifiers, as well as information collected through cookies or other similar technologies.
GDPR – Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, repealing Directive 95/46/EC.
Service – means the website or application through which the Controller operates an online service, available under the domain simplelogic.pl.
Device – means an electronic device through which the User gains access to the Service.
User – means an entity to whom electronic services may be provided in accordance with the Terms of Service and applicable law, or with whom an Agreement for the provision of electronic services may be concluded.
First-Party Cookies – Cookies placed by the Controller in connection with the provision of electronic services via the Service.
Third-Party Cookies – Cookies placed by the Controller’s partners via the Service website.
III. Purposes and Legal Bases for Processing Data in the Service
A. Use of the Service and Processing of Personal Data
Your data is processed when you use the Service as a User. Such data includes your IP address or other identifiers, as well as information collected via cookies or similar technologies.
User activity in the Service, including Personal Data, is recorded in system logs. The information collected in logs is processed primarily for purposes related to service provision, i.e.:
- sending Users, to the email addresses they provide, commercial and marketing information, provided the User has consented to receive such information;
- sending Users, to the email addresses or phone numbers they provide, responses to inquiries submitted via the contact form, provided the User has consented to electronic contact;
- reviewing job applications submitted by Users and, if applicable, conducting a recruitment process, subject to the User’s prior consent to the processing of the data contained in their CV or form by Simplelogic;
- analytical and statistical purposes – to continuously improve the quality of services provided within the Service and adapt its functionalities to your needs. The legal basis here is Simplelogic’s legitimate interest in analyzing Users’ activity and preferences;
- detecting abuse, identifying and counteracting threats to the stability and proper functioning of the Service.
B. Processing Personal Data for Recruitment
Simplelogic conducts recruitment for positions within its structure and does not intend to transfer personal data to other recipients. The personal data provided will be processed until the end of the recruitment process, for a maximum of 12 months from the date of receipt.
The User is required to provide the personal data referred to in Article 22 §[1] of the Polish Labour Code. Failure to provide such data will result in the User’s application not being considered in the recruitment process.
The User may withdraw consent for further processing at any time, without affecting the lawful use of personal data carried out based on consent before its withdrawal.
C. Processing Personal Data for Marketing Purposes
By submitting an inquiry to Simplelogic, the User may consent to the processing of Personal Data for the purpose of receiving marketing information about Simplelogic’s products and services. This consent may be withdrawn at any time, subject to the provisions of this Policy.
D. Contact Forms
We provide the possibility to contact us via electronic contact forms. Using the form requires providing Personal Data necessary to contact you and respond to your inquiry. You may also provide other data to facilitate contact or handling of your inquiry. Providing data marked as mandatory is required to process the inquiry; failure to provide such data will make it impossible to handle the inquiry. Providing other data is voluntary.
E. Cookies and Types Used in the Services
Simplelogic declares that it uses cookies in its Services. The cookies used by the Controller are safe for the User’s Device. In particular, no viruses or other unwanted or malicious software can be introduced through them. These files allow identification of the software used by the User and adapt the Service individually to each User. Cookies usually contain the domain name they come from, the storage time on the Device, and an assigned value.
The Controller uses two types of cookies:
- Session cookies – stored on the User’s Device until the end of a browser session, after which they are permanently deleted from the Device’s memory. They do not allow retrieval of any personal or confidential information from the User’s Device.
- Persistent cookies – stored on the User’s Device until deleted. Ending a browser session or turning off the Device does not delete them. They do not allow retrieval of any personal or confidential information from the User’s Device.
The User may restrict or disable cookies on their Device. If this option is used, the Service will remain available, except for functions that by their nature require cookies.
F. Purposes of Cookies

- Service configuration – adapting the Service content to User preferences and optimizing use of the Service.
- Recognizing the User’s Device and displaying a tailored website version.
- Maintaining User sessions to optimize and improve the efficiency of services.
- Supporting essential processes required for full website functionality, including adjusting content and recognizing Device parameters.
- Analysis, research, and audits – creating anonymous statistics to understand how Users use the Service and improve its structure and content.
- Ensuring security and reliability of the Service.

G. Managing Cookies
The User may change cookie settings at any time, determining how cookies are stored and accessed on their Device. These changes may be made via browser settings or service configuration. Such settings may include blocking automatic handling of cookies or notifying the User each time cookies are placed. Detailed information is available in browser software settings.
The User may also delete cookies at any time using available browser features.
Restricting cookies may affect certain Service functionalities.
IV. Provision of Personal Data
By providing Personal Data in the Service, the User confirms they have the necessary authorization to disclose such data, which will be used by Simplelogic in the manner described in this Policy.
V. User Rights
Users have the following rights regarding the protection of Personal Data processed by Simplelogic:
- right of access and rectification,
- right to erasure,
- right to restriction of processing,
- right to data portability,
- right to object to processing,
- right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority for data protection – the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (PUODO).
The User may withdraw consent for processing at any time, for purposes requiring consent, by sending an email to kontakt@simplelogic.pl. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawful processing of data carried out before its withdrawal.
We reserve the right to disclose information to competent authorities or third parties requesting such information on the basis of a proper legal ground and in accordance with applicable law.
VI. Data Retention Periods
Your data is processed when you use the Service as a User, in which cookies, user agent, and browsing activity are stored on your Device. Personal Data provided for recruitment purposes will be processed until the end of the recruitment process, for a maximum of 12 months from receipt.
Personal Data provided under separate marketing consents will be processed for 3 years from the time consent is given.
Personal Data provided through the contact form or email will be processed for the purpose of handling the request for no longer than 1 month from the date of submission, unless consent for longer processing is granted.
The Controller reserves the right to extend the processing period for the duration of the statute of limitations for claims related to the User, or where processing is necessary for the pursuit or defense of claims.
VII. Security Principles
Simplelogic has implemented appropriate organizational and technical security measures to protect Personal Data from loss, misuse, unlawful processing, or alteration. The Controller undertakes to protect all information disclosed by Users in line with security and confidentiality standards. Access to Users’ Personal Data is strictly limited to prevent unauthorized access and is restricted to authorized Simplelogic employees only.
Simplelogic may disclose data to entities authorized under applicable legal provisions.
