He gained more than 17 years of experience in implementing IT projects as a Project Manager, Scrum Master and Agile Coach. Responsible for building project organizations, maintaining and developing teams or business areas. For over 7 years, as the president of an IT and training company, responsible for the development and implementation of the business strategy and the company's development. A graduate of the Lublin University of Technology and the University of Life Sciences in Lublin, he completed many courses and training in the field of project management. For many years he was responsible for the implementation and migration of IT systems (Data Warehouses, Business Intelligence), implementation of remote learning systems and system e-learning trainings for corporations. He conducts trainings in the area of project management, focusing on the practical aspects of using project principles and IT tools supporting management. He has experience in implementing projects and programs in international teams.
